Marine Logistics is a niche vertical within ProjX Logistics with a focus on the marine industry. We have multi-modal tailored ‘door to deck’ solutions with real time visibility, for all types of marine clients. Our clients are broadly Ship owners (across all vessel types), Ship Management Companies, Ship Suppliers & Ship Agents.
We sets up Customs clearance for ship spares in transit and parts can be stored at bonded or free zone warehouses and with inventory management. With our strategically located hubs across Europe and Asia, we can pick up from suppliers, deliver alongside ship and on board to ship as well as off-land from ship.Delivery can be arranged to shipyard and docks. And offshore projects are managed through the hiring of boats or barges for deliveries

Door to Deck Deliveries
This service includes the entire supply chain of picking up spares & stores from the supplier, performing ship spares warehousing (storage) and consolidated pick &pack &/or distribution to vessels at a specific date & time, either at the terminal or at anchorage. This also involve special customs expertise and permits.
Provisioning re-supply
This service not only includes purchase order consolidation per ship, freight management (expediting), warehousing (storage) and distribution of spares and stores to the ship but also the reverse logistics of landed goods that need to be repaired or for vessel material exchange and then taken back on board the ships. This is done via our Control Tower team & Geodis Singapore provides inventory visibility via the G360 portal.
Drydocks
Drydocks (maintenance & repair of ships) Project Management involves a dedicated project team that is responsible for vendor and order management by expediting freight via our central hubs. ProjX staff on site in the shipyard and are responsible for expediting of the freight from the origin to the point they are delivered on the deck at the shipyard. The project team is also responsible for the freight management of the return goods (tools) back to the supplier at origin.
Very tight schedules, complex delivery conditions and the need for speed are the hallmarks of specialist ships parts and marine spares logistics. Ensuring that downtime is kept to a minimum is crucial, Customs clearance must be expedited so that an end-to-end door to deck service delivers on time, every time to keep a vessel moving.
